Oh yeah, because she’s so attractive and young - and even if you think she is - she’s definitely NOT “showing off”. However, lecherous closed-minded fools able to see something in only one dimension? Eh, they’ve been around forever.

Cosmetic Surgery is specifically concerned with maintaining normal appearance, restoring it, or enhancing it beyond the average level toward some aesthetic ideal.

The portrayal of the surgery is apparently realistic. This is an advantage since the enhancement of human features is clearly shown which can lessen the patient’s worries.
