I am so happy that I stumbled onto this last week. The Madness of Art is a series of humorous videos about art from a gallery perspective.
The Madness of Art has been constructed through years of videotaping situations featuring artists such as Robert Indiana, Tony Fitzpatrick, Charlie Hewitt, Bernard Venet, Yoko Ono, and Steve Giovinco, as well as clients and family.
Jim and his team do an excellent job of poking fun at some of art’s peculiarities. I have really enjoyed watching these episodes and look forward to more. I included the first 2 episodes below for a taste and you can watch them all at themadnessofart.com.
